Our room was gorgeous, and the stay was just perfectly comfortable. The host was super friendly and accommodating, and the catering was generous. Breakfast was delicious, with homemade jam, apple juice, and yogurt. A very special place to stay. Highly recommend.

The place has a lovely, authentic, homely feel, with thoughtful details and a touch of tasteful kitsch. It's a bed and breakfast too, and the town has a small marina on the canal at the bottom of the hill, plus a great viewpoint over the Garonne. We were a big group with bikes and fussy babies, and the service was very accommodating. The cuisine was fantastic, with a real rural France atmosphere and refined food. Our three-course lunch cost 26 EUR on the weekend and 18 EUR on a weekday. We had chilled rosé, shrimp skewers with complementary vegetables, then beef cubes on skewers, followed by a forest-fruit cake topped with caramel flakes. I can't do justice to the craftsmanship, tastes, and textures with my description. I highly recommend it.

We often choose where to stay based on the promise of breakfast, and our instincts were right this time. The apple juice, yogurt, granola, and jam were all completely homemade, while the bread and charcuterie were local. Everything was perfect. The room was spacious and delightful, and our host was extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating.

Tres Bon! The rooms were extremely comfortable, and the welcome was friendly. Dinner was superb, every bit as good as the expensive meals we had in Bordeaux. The whole stay was a great experience. Merci.

The food was amazing and the service was wonderful. We only stayed one night while cycling the canal from Bordeaux to Toulouse, and wished we could have stayed longer.
