We slept well because the room was quiet, and it had plenty of space, a full-size soaking tub, and a lounge area. There was also a door from the room onto the rooftop terrace. Dinner was amazing, and it was a great stay. Highly recommend!

After cycling from Villefort that morning, we needed a rest day and were quickly shown to a lunch table before service ended. The meal was delicious, and we both chose the soufflé. Our room felt magical, with lots of space, and the Wi-Fi was amazingly fast. We rested from the saddle, then came back for another delicious dinner. After a very good night's sleep and an amazing breakfast, we got back on our way. Don't miss a stay at this wonderful hotel.

The terrace is right by the town's only main road, so dining there was noisy. Still, the restaurant serves good regional food and the desserts were excellent. It's a small, charming hotel with lovely views across the town. The rooms are nice and comfortable, with good showers, though there was no bath.

The hotel feels stuck in the 1980s: it's dated and seems geared toward older guests. The shower's glass sliders were broken, the LCD on the air-conditioning remote had a dead battery, and an iron wasn't available. There also aren't many competitors within 50 km. On paper, the restaurant sounds promising, but the food is just okay by French standards. The ingredients are good, though the cooking is very simple and every dish comes with the same sides, which feels a bit lazy. Then again, what can you expect in this town? It's probably the only restaurant here worth going to.

We had a very good stay and will definitely be back next year. The location was excellent, the staff were very kind, and the rooms were clean. We also had some excellent, tasty meals in the hotel restaurant. I warmly recommend it.
