Parking is available close to the accommodation, and the beach is a ten-minute walk away. The studio was modern and laid out really well, with air conditioning that was a real bonus during the heatwave. We had a perfect stay in Menthon-Saint-Bernard. The owner welcomed us warmly, was kind, and gave us helpful tips for visiting the area. Only things missing were a jacuzzi and a lake view! 😂

There's a bus stop right outside, parking, and the beach is just a three-minute walk away. The studio apartment was immaculate and well located, with everything thoughtfully arranged to work well and look good. We got a fantastic, very friendly welcome, plus a booklet of great suggestions for activities, restaurants, and local tips. Highly recommend it.

The location near the lake was fantastic, and the studio was just right for a couple, exactly what we needed. Our host was so warm and welcoming. We have no complaints at all.

The studio was comfortable, pleasant, and perfectly equipped. It's ideally placed between Menthon, with the beach within walking distance, and the road straight to Veyrier and Annecy. The arrangements and welcome were top-notch. I'd definitely recommend it :)
