The old town is about a 10-minute walk away, and the train station is only five minutes on foot. Along the quayside you’ll find quite a few restaurants, while the marina itself is very nice, with friendly, helpful port staff and good support from chandlers and other marine services.

The location is good, and Monaco isn’t far by car. There’s a very nice bakery off the main road near the marina, and Le Galion inside the marina was good for fine dining, though a little expensive. The port is just okay. The toilets are a bit of a walk and there aren’t enough for the number of people; cleanliness varies. The shower room is all right, but there’s not much space to put your toiletries.

The walk to Menton old town is really pleasant, and it’s definitely worth visiting. There are also some really good restaurants all around the marina. We loved our time at Menton Caravan marina. The staff were excellent, friendly, polite, professional, and so helpful. We’ll be back 🙏⛵ Check us out you tube ♥️ Good Deeds Sailing ♥️

It’s a lovely spot for a peaceful walk, even with all the boats around. From here you get a wider look at Mentone’s beautiful buildings and the amazing mountains surrounding it.

Menton town is an easy walk away. The port has good services, plus a handy supermarket.
