The rooms were lovely and kept in great shape, with daily snacks and complimentary bar treats. Breakfast had a very good range of options, and the staff were attentive, eager to help with any request, and would kindly check back more than once to see if we needed anything else. Our only disappointment was that the pool felt a little cold. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the team's effort and hospitality.

Peaceful, with lovely views and really good food. The place also has a nice with and fireplace. Staff and concierge were quick and provided great service. I had an amazing time at le Kaila and will definitely book again. Thank you 🙏

Le Kaïla was a lovely base for our Meribel trip, right in the centre and close to the lifts. Our room was on the small side, but the amenities made it feel luxurious: warm fuzzy slippers, a complimentary minibar, a balcony, and pool access. The ski rental room staff who helped us into our boots were wonderful, and I really liked the breakfast buffet. I'd come back.

The standout for me was concierge Rafael, who was careful, welcoming, friendly, attentive, and so professional. He was incredibly helpful, and the whole experience was the best. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and stylish, with the best service and location. Big thanks to Rafael and the entire team for such a great stay. I strongly recommend it and would love to stay again when I return to Meribel ❤️

The staff took care of everything, from helping us with our ski boots to keeping the children happily occupied in the pool for hours and cleaning our car before the journey home. Service was exceptional, and the hotel was in a very good location, spotlessly clean, and cleaned every day. It's the best hotel we've ever stayed in, and we'll be back.
