Sure Hotel Bordeaux Aeroport

Getting here from the train station was easy, with the tram just 50m from the hotel. Check-in was efficient, the room was comfortable, and there was a delicious snack. Breakfast came with a lovely smile 😀. The airport is just one tram stop away. Thank you!

I come back to this Greet hotel because the rooms are clean and well equipped, with plenty of plug sockets and USB outlets, useful storage, and clean bathrooms of a decent size with good showers. The reception and bar staff are always polite and friendly. Last night we arrived late and I had trouble with my car. The night manager, Peter, was incredible. He talked me through the possible solutions, helped me communicate with the mechanic when he arrived, then stayed up with me while the battery recharged. His help was well beyond what we could have expected and made a stressful situation much easier. Peter, thank you sincerely, from the bottom of our hearts. The Greet hotel at Bordeaux airport will be our first choice from now on.

The prices were really good, and the staff were all so kind. Breakfast was available very early, and the tram stop for the airport is right outside. What a nice surprise this hotel was! The rooms feel brand new, are thoughtfully decorated and have everything you need. We'll definitely come back to greet Hotel when we need a room near Bordeaux airport.

Denae at reception made my stay so much nicer than I expected. She welcomed me with a real smile and such rare kindness. She was attentive, caring and naturally friendly throughout. The bright color of her eyes seems to reflect the warmth and generosity of her personality. People like her really make a difference, she's a ray of sunshine at the desk. A huge thank you!
