The area is quiet, though there aren’t many facilities nearby. Inside, the room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The lobby has an impressive design, and breakfast offers a fairly good choice.

The advertised charging station wasn’t working, and my check-in experience was extremely unprofessional. After a long wait for the receptionist to arrive, she demanded a physical card for the €300 deposit. I only had my card on my phone, and she immediately said in a threatening tone that I wouldn’t get the room. When I explained again, she said she’d cancel the reservation, and did so very promptly, seemingly pleased about it. I asked what I could do if there was no other option, but she kept arguing, interrupting me, and speaking down to me. She never apologized or acted professionally. While on the phone with Booking.com, she said I was “refusing to provide a credit card.” She seemed overworked and mistreated, and unfortunately took that frustration out on guests. Stay away if you want a pleasant atmosphere. At the next hotel around the corner, they only needed a €100 deposit and didn’t make an issue of it.

We’ve stayed here a few times because it’s close to my daughter’s school. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the A/C is strong. The front desk lady manager and Wyatt were very helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious, and the dessert was the best I had during our two months in France.

The rooms are large and clean, and breakfast is average. It’s a good hotel, with two parking spaces for buses.
