Flow Hostel

The location is excellent, between the city center, train station, and amenities. You can use the kitchen to vary your meals, and there are good local recommendations in the rooms. The common room is a real treat, it feels like home. Flow Hostel is fantastic. It’s such a warm, welcoming place to spend a night or more. The rooms are functional, the bedding is high quality, and the welcome is perfect. It’s an ideal place to stay in Metz.

On our cycling trip from Luxembourg to Epinal, we stopped in Metz for one night. We were able to keep our six bikes safely in the lobby, and the manager was very kind. Breakfast was excellent. Thank you to her, I highly recommend the place.

The Flow Hostel is a former apartment in the city center, with five bedrooms and a large living room made special by its skylight. Everything is set up to make you feel at home, and of all the hostels we’ve stayed in around the world, this one is the best. It’s a unique place with tasteful decor. You can get around on foot from this central location, and the train station is about a 10-minute walk away. Arriving at any time is easy thanks to the key collection box at the entrance, with clear instructions. Each morning Sylvie or Manon welcomes you with a generous breakfast of dairy products, cold cuts, cheese, croissants, bread, drinks, and more. A must-see!

A really enjoyable stay at this charming, friendly place. It’s easy to reach, with the train station less than a 10-minute walk away. Come and discover it, highly recommend!
