I felt completely unsafe travelling here alone as a woman. The receptionist asked whether I was married. The place was also very dirty, with only shared showers and toilets, and the public toilets were covered in piss. It's in the middle of an industrial area. An absolute catastrophe.

Coming back exhausted after 4am, I found myself locked out because the access code had been changed without any warning. No email, no message, nothing. I was left outside in the middle of the night with all my stuff and nowhere to go, angry and worn out. Completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional.

Our room was dirty when we arrived. No cleaning staff had come in before we checked in.

The room was small, but worked well for one person, and the in-room shower was smaller than the shared ones. I stayed for three nights, Thursday through Sunday, longer than I'd ever spent in an F1 hotel. I had some doubts, but check-in went smoothly: the details came by email, I went straight to my room, and there was even someone at reception when I arrived. Just wish the check-in email had said the gate gets locked overnight. I panicked for a moment, thinking I might not be able to get in or out of the parking lot.
