The beds were comfortable, the water was hot, and the room had a table, kettle and TV. The key system felt secure, and the air conditioning could heat or cool the room. The staff were friendly and polite, and the hotel itself is quite nice. There were a couple of issues, though: some marks on the sheets and no hand towel. The buffet food was tasty and had some variety, but supplies could run short. If there was a queue when fresh croissants, bread or baguettes came out, you might miss them, especially with some guests taking as many as four croissants each. There wasn’t enough juice or food for everyone. I’d stay again, but only for one night.

The manager was the biggest problem for us. She was defensive and rude when we gave feedback, didn’t take responsibility for mistakes, and kept giving standard answers. The breakfast was also very disappointing: even during the stated hours, some items weren’t ready, refills took a long time, or staff said the kitchen was closed and there was no more. There weren’t many choices to begin with, yet they said they were trying to avoid waste while guests still couldn’t get food. The other major issue was cooling in the rooms. Some rooms had no AC, and in others it didn’t cool properly. Calling room service didn’t help, so we had to leave the windows open and let mosquitoes in. Think carefully before staying here. This is an honest suggestion from someone who travels a lot across countries.

We had a wonderful stay and would come back. The hotel was quiet, the room was great, and there’s a lovely forest area nearby for walks. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they arranged something lovely in our room. We really appreciated it.

The staff were rude. They act helpful, then end up saying there’s nothing they can do. They aren’t open to feedback or willing to own their mistakes, and get defensive with a fake smile. Avoid if you can.
