A lovely old house in a beautiful spot.

We had a really pleasant stay, with plenty of sightseeing options nearby. Corinne and Philippe welcomed us so warmly. Our guest room was comfortable, with its own entrance and private bathroom, and the amenities were excellent. The big shared pool was the cherry on top. Highly recommended.

The only real drawback is that there’s no internet at all, and mobile reception is just as bad, so it’s not a good choice if you need to work remotely. Otherwise, the cottage is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with attentive and helpful hosts who are easy to reach. Breakfast is generous, and there’s a big garden with several play areas for children. Definitely worth a try.

We’ll be back for sure. The pool and peaceful surroundings were the best parts of our family weekend in this magnificent setting. Corinne and Philippe made us feel so welcome, with varied homemade breakfasts and a delicious aperitif on Saturday evening. There were thoughtful touches throughout the weekend.

Definitely avoid. The owners were kind and helpful, but the place is out in a remote area with no internet at all. It smelled musty, and the breakfast was meager and poor quality. You’ll soon have the ghosts of the 19th century for company...
