KYRIAD LYON EST - Stadium - Eurexpo

I couldn't sleep in that heat. The air conditioning runs on one system for every room, so there's no way to set a temperature that suits you. Service was poor too, nobody offered an alternative like a fan.

Breakfast was good for the price, and the staff were pleasant. At least some of them speak English. The room had a few small issues: the tap was short and loose, the shower flooded the bathroom whenever I used it, and another plug socket would have helped. It's a decent enough place for a few nights, though getting to Gare Part Dieu by public transport is a bit of a trek.

The breakfasts were really good, with plenty of variety. My only issue was that water could splash out of the shower cabin while I was bathing. The room was clean and well equipped, and communicating in English with the very nice staff was easy.

The room could've been bigger, and a colorful picture on the wall would've made it nicer. Still, I felt welcome, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the shower was good. Thanks for leaving coffee in the room. Breakfast could be more interesting, but everyone was friendly and helpful. I recommend the hotel, and they all speak very good English.
