The view is the main reason to stay, and it probably only works when the weather cooperates. The rooms are fairly comfortable, but the rest felt poor for a four-star place, especially given the services. It seemed expensive for so little.

The team took such good care of me, and the food was excellent and adapted to what I needed. I was there for a few days to recover after a long hospital stay, and couldn't have asked for a better setting. My room was lovely and clean, with an amazing view, and it was so quiet and peaceful for resting or taking gentle walks in the mountains. A very warm welcome from everyone.

Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. For 24€ per person, there were only a few slices of charcuterie and dry pastries, so it felt like it should have been included. I've had much better breakfasts elsewhere, with more choice included. At checkout, the woman couldn't remove the charge, though she could probably see we were unhappy. I left let down that nobody made a goodwill gesture. I also agree with another review that the food was below standard. The room and staff were lovely, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We were shown to our rooms and told we'd received a free upgrade. It had everything we could need, plus a view of Mt Blanc. One small issue: our bathroom seemed set up for disabled access, with no curtain or screen, so water splashed everywhere and left it messy.

From the bedroom window or balcony, you get an amazing view of Montblanc and the lake of Geneve. The restaurant has a Michelin star, and dinner felt very luxurious. This beautiful hotel also has a polite, warm welcome, and the staff are always ready to help where they can. Be sure to visit someday. Greetings from the Reeuwijk - van Nuland family.

A comfortable bed and a nice view from the room. It's close to the ski station and on the way to geneve. The food and hot vine are worth recommending! 🫶🏽👍
