After riding 500 km on my motorbike, I arrived soaking wet and with nowhere to sleep because the owner canceled my booking at the last minute for no valid reason. The owner wasn’t there and was very unfriendly on the phone. Unbelievable!

There was no food, and we were pushed to buy it at ridiculously high prices. I had to pay extra for sheets and towels, and we were charged €20 more than we expected for nothing. The host was very rude, unfriendly and scary, and didn’t speak English at all. The facilities were terrible. Easily the worst experience of my life.

We’d booked a room, but the hotel was closed when we arrived. We did receive an apology, and hope Agoda will refund the money.

Fine for a short stay, but there’s no food at night and breakfast was poor for €16.
