The restaurant food was amazing, and the staff were welcoming and knew their stuff. The room was comfortable too. The bathroom was decent for such an old historic place, though not the best. The building's architecture is stunning, and the interior is kept in very good shape.

The rooms were comfortable, and the service was excellent. Everyone was so attentive to us and our little one. It's a beautiful château, and breakfast was a real highlight, with lots of good quality choices. The bathroom has a bath with a handheld shower, rather than a separate shower.

It isn't the cheapest place to stay or eat, but I thought it was worth it. We arrived at sunset and watched the sky turn deep pink and red over the west fountains and lawns. The dining room is ornate and stylish, and the food was top drawer from the amuse-bouche through coffee. We had a wonderful meal and service in this classic French country château. A must-visit.

We chose this lovely château for our first anniversary and it was just right. The atmosphere was outstanding, the food was great, and the service was friendly. Such a hidden gem. I can't say enough good things about it! : )

The grounds are beautiful, and dinner was excellent. It's a very swanky hotel, though a few rooms feel a bit stuffy. I'd suggest booking in the château's main building for the best views, and some rooms there have balconies. It's a lovely place for a relaxing getaway, although it's quite a drive from Bordeaux's main wine areas, with both Medoc and St Emilion at least an hour away.
