The lake view from the terrace is outstanding, and the hotel is in a beautiful area. It’s clean and affordable, too. In the restaurant, you can get a three-course lunch or dinner for under 15 euros per person, or choose an à la carte main for around 23 euros, with reasonably priced wine. Some of the best French cooking I’ve had.

The setting was lovely, and the servers were patient with us. We went with the menu du jour, which had filling starters, entrecôte cooked just right, vegetables, fresh fruit tart, and coffee. We visited with family and would come back. Dogs can’t go inside, so next time we’ll have lunch on the terrace. 🙂

The chocolate crème brûlée is delicious, and the entrecôte with cheese is great too. Simple, but very good!

I’ve never had worse food. A retirement home could probably serve something better. I’d tell everyone to stay away.
