The hosts were caring and greeted us warmly. We stayed just one night at this quiet spot a short drive off the beaten track. Our room was in one of the cottages, and there were also six pitches for caravans, motorhomes, or tents. The large, simple room had a very comfortable bed and a kettle for tea or coffee. It was beside a small swimming pool, which I was tempted to use, but my foot injuries stopped me. I use a wheelchair and expected some difficulty; with a crooked approach, the three to five steps were what let me get in. There are no toilet facilities, and I’m not sure about the electricity. In my opinion, it’s a good place for a land holiday or a short stopover.

We stopped overnight in our campervan. Great people, and a brilliant place to stay.
