10/10
The place was bright, airy, and comfortable, and the owner was very accommodating. It's in a nice spot with good access to Fontainebleau forest. We hired bikes from a local company, which dropped them off right at the door. We had an excellent stay.

We had a very nice home cooked dinner, and breakfast had everything we needed. It's a peaceful place, and the host is clearly devoted. Merci beaucoup!

2/10
The garden was poorly maintained, and the swimming pool was a complete mess. The owner was very cold, and the interaction was unpleasant. The photos are fake, the flat looks different.

A welcoming, cool place.

10/10
I arrived at night after a pretty long drive, since I expected the place to be closer to the motorway. The owner greeted me, though I was surprised to find out dogs weren't allowed. He made an exception, and my adorable, obedient dog was allowed to stay. I had a lovely room with a separate shower and toilet. The next morning I could see how beautiful the surroundings were. We had agreed to have breakfast in the garden, which was very peaceful. Three 10/10s from me: for the owner, the guesthouse, and the surroundings.
