We booked ahead and were trusted to pay later, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. A few days before, we confirmed, and the owners called on the day to ask when we’d arrive. We got there at midday and were able to go straight to our lovely room. They gave us a spare set of keys and explained how everything worked. After going to our atelier, we came back around 9:30. The place is beautiful and tastefully arranged, and the room felt cozy. They’d put extra wood in the stove so we wouldn’t be cold. The beds were first-rate, with great pillows and extra-soft blankets in the closet, and we slept well. In the morning, we’d said we’d have breakfast around 9:00, but woke early and showered first. The bathroom had lovely-smelling soap, a great hot shower with strong pressure, and a warm towel radiator. Breakfast was fantastic and generous, with homemade marmalade, yoghurt, pain d'epices, bread, butter, cheese, coffee, and milk. The owners had a wonderful smile and clearly wanted us to feel good. There are shelves full of great books about plants and eco dye, too. We loved our stay. Lovely people, very caring and generous, and thoughtful about the environment. I can’t recommend it enough. If you go to Moissac, this is the place.

Cyclists can lock their bikes away safely, and there’s a kitchen and terrace guests can use. The Wi-Fi worked reliably too. We slept in a very comfortable room and looked forward to the hearty breakfasts. Our hosts were warm and professional, and the whole stay was wonderfully quiet. For me, this guesthouse sets the standard.

We were greeted so warmly, and the place has a lovely charm with tasteful decor. Breakfast was generous, with plenty of variety and local products. It was handy to have a kitchen for making dinner, plus a garage where we could store our bicycles. Thanks for being so welcoming. A really high-quality bed and breakfast.

The abbey is just a five-minute walk away, and the house has so much character. We loved its charming decor and the views from the rooms, either over the garden or toward the canal. Our hosts brought us refreshments in their idyllic garden and shared all the practical information we needed, including the bicycle garage. Breakfast was delicious, and they were incredibly kind. A lovely stop along the Canal route.

We were made to feel very welcome, even offered homemade syrups. The hospitality was generous and truly exemplary, and breakfast was superb. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and peaceful, looking out onto the secluded garden.
