Suite 234 was really worth it. The two-bedroom apartment is nice and spread over two floors. From the deck, the view over the golf course and neighboring forest is spectacular.

We booked at short notice and managed to find a place. The apartment in the main block was clean and had modern appliances. It looks like renovations may be happening, since another apartment we saw wasn't kept to the same standard.

The only thing I liked was the view over the golf course. The outside of the buildings has been kept up to look nice, but inside the apartments are a mess and nothing like the photos. Our plans and costs changed after we had already paid part of the price to reserve a four-bedroom apartment for four adult couples. A few days later, we were told we couldn't stay there, so we had to find other options: one apartment for three couples, one for a couple, and another for the young couples. That left us paying much more than we'd planned for the vacation. Inside, everything felt poorly maintained. The furniture was awkward to open and close, the sliding closet doors took a lot of force, and things made noise. The beds felt like sleeping on the floor. After just one night, my back hurt, as did everyone else's. The pillows were about 1 cm thick; we folded them and put a piece of clothing on top to rest our heads, and our necks still hurt. The radiators looked like they were from 1990. I'll attach a photo. The bathroom hairdryer was tiny and seemed to be from the same year. The toilet flush is on the outside and was installed very badly. The electrical setup was a mess too. In the large room, the switch by the bed controls the socket underneath instead of any light. The light on the other side of the bed only works if the switch by the door is on. To close the apartment door properly, you have to pull the handle up and fiddle with it. There's hardly any privacy between the large bedroom and the living room, which also serves as a bedroom. The divider is a sliding door, and the beds described as sofa beds are there, so every noise carries through. I have mild allergies, and the dust had me sneezing for an hour as soon as I came in. It seemed like the place hadn't been vacuumed or the mattresses washed in a very long time. The elevator was filthy too, full of trash and dirt. You also have to pay separately for towels and sheets. We brought our own, luckily, because I suspect the ones provided would be poor quality too. I'm sure I've missed something, but for the price this is a rip-off. I wouldn't recommend the apartment at all.

The setting was lovely: quiet, beautifully kept, and close to the beach, forest, shops, and restaurants. The reception staff deserve a special mention for being so lovely. We stayed at the end of August in a 4/6-person apartment on the 2nd floor. It had a large balcony with a stunning view of the pool and golf course, and the place was bright, pleasant, and well equipped after a substantial renovation. There were plenty of closets, and the bedroom had new, comfortable bedding. A few things still need work: the bathtub and rusty old radiators should be replaced, the kitchen area is barely lit, and the furniture could be updated. I'm glad we didn't have children with us, since the bunk-bed room is tiny and has no window.
