The staff were very friendly, and there are handy vending machines for coffee and other things. The rooms are basic, a bit like Butlins chalets, and could use some care, though they were fairly clean. The beds were comfortable, but there was only one square pillow per person. We asked for more and didn't get any. In response to the hotel's reply below, no extra pillows were provided when we asked. The website said there were facilities for disabled guests, but didn't make clear that this applied only to some rooms. I mentioned disabled people when booking, yet neither room was wheelchair accessible, and one was upstairs. There is no lift.

For a brief rest or a night on the road, this worked really well. I booked a three-bed room for 45 Euros, checked in around 8 p.m. and left at 6 a.m. The room was small but fine for one night, with an attached bathroom for a morning shower before getting back on the road. There are plenty of food options nearby, so dinner wasn't a problem.

A brilliant ferry stopover, with lovely staff. The rooms are basic, but they've got beds, a shower and a TV, which is all I want for a stop like this.

The room was pleasantly fresh, with clean sheets and towels waiting each time I got back. The toilet was on the small side, but it was clean and did the job. Staff were friendly, and both the room and food were cheap. It’s not a luxury place, but at that price I doubt you’ll find much better. The air conditioning did run, just not well enough to keep the room cool. A bit more cooling and it would’ve been perfect.

I slept well, and the cleaner was kind. Everything looked clean, though there was a slight cigarette smell. The bed was really good, but the rest was bare: a small shower stall with a curtain, no extras, and nothing to make the room feel nice. It was cheap, though 🤷🏽
