Les 2 Brigards

The breakfast was such a treat, with homemade cake, marmalade, yogurt and plenty more. The house and rooms are lovely, and the hosts were delightful. A truly wonderful stay, highly recommend!

Patrick was the most welcoming host we met on our trip. The whole property is fantastic, and even though my girlfriend and I only spent one night in the little cottage, we still remember it for the wonderful breakfast, one of the best of our journey.

The grounds feel like a park, and the rooms were really comfortable. We also had great breakfasts and dinners, and the pool was fantastic in the heatwave. Patrick, Jean-Paul and Irene made us feel so welcome and were incredibly kind, which made our time in the region special. Their suggestions for local restaurants, places to see and events within an easy drive were spot on. It was lovely to get that local knowledge. Ash especially loved the dogs, particularly Cookie, and the cats. Les 2 Brigards was relaxing, clean and comfortable, a wonderful countryside stay. We'd happily recommend it. We just wish we'd stayed longer.

Patrick made sure my gluten-free diet was taken seriously. Anyone who eats gluten-free knows France can be a bit tricky, but when I mentioned it, he baked me not one but two cakes. I felt considered, not like an afterthought. The rooms were nice, my girlfriend loved the pool, and it's a lovely area for visiting wine country. Had a really nice time, definitely recommended.
