We booked and paid for a loft for four adults, two young children, and a baby, but when we arrived at 10 pm the gate was shut. Nobody answered the phone. After an hour, someone finally let us in, only to say everything was full, including the loft we'd reserved. We ended up in two windowless rooms, with some of us sleeping on a couch because there weren't enough beds. There was no reception, and the next day we couldn't speak to the owner. The only staff around were a cleaner and a gardener, who were very rude, so the place felt really unsafe, especially with children. When we emailed about it, they immediately refused to refund any of our money, even partially. Don't come here.

The outdoor space is large, with tables and sofas, and there’s private parking. Our room was pleasant, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was okay, not exceptional. I’ve read some really negative reviews, and honestly, I don’t understand them.

After this awful experience, I looked through the reviews and felt this wasn’t just a bad turn of events. It seemed like a pattern of misleading some guests. Be very careful with these people. We were left waiting at the gate late in the evening. They didn’t answer our calls, or hung up, while we were there with three small children. Other guests eventually let us into the house. Then one of their employees refused to help because he was off duty and demanded that we “respect” him. It turned into an argument, and I was left feeling these people had no morals. After midnight, they finally offered a few beds for the children in rooms without windows. Half the hotel looked shiny and attractive, with a garden and surroundings that seemed perfect for marketing photos and higher rates. But the other half, especially the downstairs right wing, seemed to be used to trick people who booked at the last minute. I started to think this was an easy way for them to make money.
