Hotel Le Sherpa

I've been here three times this week, and the friendly, happy staff are a big part of why I keep coming back. They're accommodating and service-minded, and the outdoor tables with firepits give the place a lovely feel. The food is fantastic. My favourite is probably the Savoyard burger, loaded with Reblochon, though I also loved the warm goat's cheese salad. L2A is a bit short on mountain restaurants, but this spot near the Jandri base station more than makes up for it. Skip eating on the mountain and come here. Five stars.

I had to wait all day for a bus home, so I spent the time in the hotel's lounge and restaurant and had a pleasant day. The servers were really nice. When there was a duplicate order, they sorted the issue quickly and so well that I felt I had to leave a tip. I'd recommend stopping by after skiing or if you need somewhere to spend the day.

We had an amazing experience. The people were so nice and kind, and you can tell the team works really well together. It's an international crew, so you hear lots of different languages. The food and desserts were amazing.

The staff were excellent, the meals were great, and they handled our gluten-free needs very well. Breakfast and dinner came with our Sunweb ski package, and I couldn't fault our stay. We had a week here. The hotel has been recently renovated, with a lovely new spa with saunas and cold plunges, plus a sunny patio with table-top fires. Our room had enough space for two suitcases, and there was a ski locker downstairs. The location is ideal, just around the corner from the first lift and right beside a Spar and ski rental shop. Plenty of other bars are within walking distance too.
