The hotel is in a fantastic central location, and my double room at the back stayed cool and quiet during a very hot spell and stage 10 of the Tour du France. I had a good choice of breakfast options, more than enough for me, though the fresh coffee could have been better. Across my two nights, including breakfast, the staff were helpful, friendly, and informative from the moment I arrived. I’m sure I’ll return to Mont Dore if the prices stay competitive with other places. Thanks for a great stay.

A good place to stay right in the city center, with easy access to the mountains. The free shuttle to Mont Dore leaves every 10 minutes from just opposite the hotel.

My two-night stay was a delight, and I highly recommend the hotel. It’s clean and well located in the city center. Street parking gets busy, but you can find a spot easily if you go a little further. The second-floor room was pleasant, sunny, bright, and clean, with high-quality bedding. The restaurant serves fresh produce, unlimited crudités, and desserts. The welcome was warm, professional, and helpful, and the bar and restaurant staff were charming, helpful, and always smiling.

This family-run hotel gave us a wonderful, flawless stay. The owners were attentive, the meals were excellent, breakfast was superb, and the service was worthy of a grand hotel. It’s fantastic value and sits right across from the shuttle bus to the resort. We highly recommend it and will gladly return.
