The setting beside a lorry park and fuel station wasn’t especially nice, but it worked well for a night’s sleep, breakfast, and continuing our journey. We had a standard double room and were completely happy with it. We’d be glad to stay again in the future.

The double room was lovely, and the shower was nice. The air conditioning worked really well, too. The receptionist was helpful and got me checked in quickly. It’s a perfect hotel in a nice, quiet spot. I’ll come back when I’m passing through.

The room was hot when we arrived and only got hotter while we were there. I really missed having some kind of air conditioning, and without the heat I’d definitely come back. The rooms were small but had more than enough space for what we needed. It was clean and felt like home. Service was lovely: when the check-in machine wouldn’t work, the staff got up in the middle of the night to help us get in and reach our room.

It was clean and suitable for a stop on the way to Italy. There wasn’t a kettle for making a cuppa, though. Oh well, I’ll remember to bring my own when I travel next time.

The staff were really friendly and focused on helping. It’s a good place to spend a night while travelling, and there are good restaurants nearby.
