Such a shame, because the location looked lovely from what we could see. We parked on arrival and four dogs of different sizes came to greet us. Watch out for the smallest one, it bites. I went over to the yard by reception. The door was ajar, but I didn't think it was right to just walk in, so I knocked and called out for 20 minutes. No one answered. Even the dogs got tired of waiting and fell asleep, so I went back to the car and drove off. What a disappointment.
