The place feels dated and badly needs renovation. Dust everywhere, yellow marks on the mattress, a dirty window with damp patches, cobwebs, and an unwelcoming hallway cluttered with laundry, a mattress, and the vacuum cleaner. For 79 euros a night, that's far too expensive. There was barely any reception, and it felt unfriendly. I definitely wouldn't recommend this establishment. One star because I have to.

Marie and I had a great meal in a fun atmosphere at the karaoke night. We'll definitely come again...

The dishes were fresh and decent, though prices felt a bit steep for this location. The welcome was mixed.

The one good thing was a waitress who was a childminder by profession and was helping out that day. She was pleasant, smiling, and did her best to make up for the poor impression her boss gave. Everything else was a mess. The owner seemed disorganized, dirty, and clueless about running a business, and spoke very rudely to customers. Avoid this place. You can find another restaurant elsewhere with a €20 menu and much better food and service. As for the meal, it cost €20, without coffee or wine, and practically nothing worked. The green salad starter was barely drained. An egg that was meant to come with mayonnaise arrived with vinaigrette instead, alongside two oddly colored bits of tomato. The plain white rice came with an overcooked slice of cod and sorrel sauce that looked like it came from a supermarket bag. The fries had clearly been fried at least three times and were soaked in oil. The chicken in mushroom sauce turned out to be Maggi chicken sauce with three canned mushrooms tossed in. Dessert was a watery, bland strawberry soup, as if it had been diluted with water because there wasn't enough for everyone. The rice pudding was ordinary white rice, undercooked by about five minutes, with half a glass of milk poured over it. And the bread had been defrosted in the oven.
