We were very well fed at breakfast, lunch and dinner, and had a fantastic stay. Boris was so responsive and welcoming, and nothing seemed too much trouble. We really appreciated that the hotel even took care of our laundry.

Boris and his staff gave us fantastic service and were incredibly helpful. They kindly did our laundry twice, even though they weren't obligated to. Wonderful experience, superb! We hope we can return one day 👍😃

The restaurant has a lovely view over the slope, and the food is really good. It's such a cosy place, with amazingly nice staff compared to other places, and the bartenders 🔥👀.

The hotel is literally a minute from the ski lifts, with a spectacular view of the Alps. It's a cosy, family-friendly place with a restaurant and cabin-style bar, and I think it's great for a business retreat or team building. About two hours from Marseille, the drive takes you out of the city's hustle and bustle into somewhere untouched by urban blasé culture. People are friendly and happy to share a meal with you any time of day. It feels authentic, and there's a quick mart/supermarket downstairs. You can also find ski rental, souvenir shops, a post office and an ice skating ring in front of the hotel restaurant. Since it's a family business, I felt my stay directly supported the local community. For eco tourism, I'd much rather stay here than at a chain hotel. I enjoyed the local food, and the menu has a variety of dishes. I spoke to the front desk in English and had no trouble understanding the receptionist or waiter. I also appreciated the free cup of coffee I got in the morning. I'm not saying coffee is free at the hotel. Mine was! The roads are in good condition. You don't need a 4 by 4 to get there, I drove a small VW.
