A charming, relaxing place for a weekend not far from Paris. The owners are lovely and available if you need anything.

We were three friends, and we all loved our weekend here. The surrounding area is really beautiful and pleasant, and the place itself is peaceful with a lovely setting. The host was very kind. A perfect spot for a magical getaway near Paris!

The beautiful setting is let down by rigid, inhospitable management. I felt more like a nuisance than a guest. From the first phone call, the hostess was cold and showed no empathy or interest in making guests comfortable. She was exceptionally unpleasant, the opposite of the warm welcome you’d hope for at a guesthouse. Avoid this place if you’re looking for a friendly stay.

The pool really makes a difference, and the house itself is beautiful and full of charm. We spent three nights in the Louise room. Breakfast was excellent, with good fruit, homemade cakes and yogurt, and plenty more. Nathalie and the other staff were very friendly. A fantastic stay!
