This VTF (Vacation Village) is family friendly, warm and welcoming, with services for children at a reasonable price. The welcome, entertainment, and restaurant were all top-notch. It's a 7-minute walk to the slopes, with a bit of an uphill climb, especially coming back. The resort has winter activities for different tastes, from downhill skiing to ski touring. If you're after a 5-star room with room service 😊, this may not be for you 😉. Otherwise, go for it, you'll have a fantastic holiday.

Some people might say the VtF Hotel isn't luxury, but what stood out to us was the team's genuine enthusiasm, dedication, kindness, and professionalism. The chef and his team put a very professional touch into the menus and how things are organized. We had a great stay and felt very welcome. Many thanks to the whole team, especially Corentine, who was absolutely fantastic.

The location is a real plus, with a view, easy ski access, and convenient rentals and lift passes. The staff were generally friendly, too. But the hotel is outdated, the rooms only moderately furnished, and the full board is a rip-off at €58 per person per day. Breakfast items like bacon weren't replenished properly, so you'd have to ask, wait, and insist. The buffet could already be empty, even though it's advertised as all-you-can-eat. The packed lunch was inedible. Dinner was barely acceptable, with nearly the same soup each time, small portions, and desserts that ran out, followed by a simple “there aren't any more.” Customers shouldn't have to pay for poor organization. The hotel has great potential, but the food ruined the holiday. Yes to the location, no to everything else, and especially don't choose full board.
