Les Olivanies

Stephanie is a super friendly host and was generous with her time, sharing helpful tips for the whole region. We especially loved her enthusiasm and the really good breakfasts. Communication and arrangements were easy before, during, and after our stay. A great fit for couples who value quality, good service, high standards, and a bit of fun.

The hostess was sociable, friendly, and keen to help us get the most from our visit. Our room was comfortable, had all the amenities, and was perfectly clean, with safe parking too. The B&B has a cozy vintage French feel, and breakfast was fantastic. We'd definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely visit, Julian & Koen, Ashanthi & Koen.

Les Olivanies (Stephanie + Olivier) were thoughtful, kind, and wonderfully gracious hosts. We had a relaxing weekend in the countryside just outside of Epernay, and breakfast each morning was a highlight. The vintage decor and well-considered design made everything easy and comfortable. I'd recommend it to anyone after a distinctive, simple, memorable stay while visiting Champagne.

The room was beautifully arranged and spotless, possibly the cleanest place we've ever stayed. We also had a lot of fun looking around the shared area, which feels almost like a museum of 50s and 60s memorabilia. The honesty fridge stocked with local champagne was a great touch, and the prices were good. Breakfast was a treat, with fresh fruit, croissants, bread, juice, and more, plus very moreish homemade confitures. Stephanie took such great energy in hosting us, thank you! We stayed two nights while exploring Champagne for the first time. Epernay isn't within walking distance, but it's only a 10-minute drive, and you'll need a car to visit the champagne houses anyway. We'll be back!
