The location is good, and the apartment isn't too small for a ski stay, but the management and equipment were very poor. There was almost nothing to cook with, no oven, only five mismatched plates and not even five spoons. The coffee machine didn't work, which was especially annoying after a terrible night's sleep. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and the pillows weren't proper pillows. We also weren't given towels or sheets, even though we'd paid extra for them on top of the €8,500 rental price. Internet was charged as an extra too, but the supplied link didn't work. There's no washing machine either. The apartment is badly managed and full of cheap or broken items. Very disappointing.

Our first day was terrible. The room was very dirty and dusty, and so dark there was hardly any light. The kitchen sink wouldn't drain, and the range hood fan wouldn't turn off. The lobby was closed at 8:30pm, and the room and service were awful. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away.

This has been a terrible experience. I booked the residence on Booking.com with free cancellation, chose to pay at the property, and provided my card as a guarantee. Yet the full amount was charged about 20 minutes after I made the booking. I cancelled and kept trying to contact the property, but got no response. More than two weeks later, I still hadn't received my money back or heard from them.

The welcome pack was nice, and the apartment had been renovated well. My only complaint is that snow clearing starts so early, at 5:25am. It could start one or two hours later, since the noise disturbs people in bed.
