Les Alizés Résidence & Spa

It’s a nice, fairly clean apartment complex in a good spot, about a 15-minute walk from an excellent beach, and it has two pools. Our apartment had a few problems. There was only one AC unit for the whole place, so the bedroom got quite hot, and the air blew straight at us when we slept on the sofa, so we switched it off overnight. There were no towels, dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, or sponge, which left us with no way to clean the dishes. I was mistakenly charged twice; the money was returned later, but due to exchange rates it was less than I’d been charged.

The room layout was nice, with a mountain view from the balcony, and there was parking and a swimming pool. The staff were very polite and kind, and they let us check in really early because the weather was bad. The Wi-Fi was awful and connecting was a big issue. The French window had a gap between it and the wall, so mosquitoes could get in and bite you. They provided only two small soaps, no other toiletries, and not even tissue paper in the kitchen. The front desk isn’t staffed after around 6-7 pm. Nice stay, but there’s plenty of room to improve.

There was a charging station right in front of the house. The place itself was clean and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen. A great place to stay.

The motel was well located, close to some lovely beaches nearby. Our apartment had everything we needed, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
