We spent most of our time eating and drinking together in the main house, which looks over the valley and has amazing views. The rooms were spacious and clean, and it was a great place for our family and friends to get together. The hosts live onsite with their kids and animals, and shared lots of information about the area. They offer truffle hunting activities, which we didn’t get to try, though we did taste some of the finds. Once the pool and the terrace overlooking the valley are finished, the place will be even more awesome. Thanks, Stephan and Lana, for looking after us!

We came in winter, which worked out perfectly because Lescaux wasn’t crowded. The owners were very nice, the rooms were lovely, quiet, and clean, and breakfast was generous and really good. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner and wine. It’s a beautiful place.

The rooms are clean, and the views from this lovely B&B are great. Stephane and Svetlana make it a beautiful, welcoming experience. The truffle hunt felt very authentic, and afterward we had a home-cooked meal featuring the truffles we’d found earlier that day. It’s a must-do in Perigord or Dordogne. Lascaux caves are close by, and there’s plenty of parking.

We stayed at this B&B in winter to go truffle hunting, and it felt like a real French countryside experience. We ended up finding two big black truffles. Stephan and his family made us feel at home, took us to a nearby market, helped us find places of interest, and let us try walnuts from the garden trees. The property has amazing valley views and clean rooms. A must-stay!

It’s a beautiful setting, with friendly owners, clean and pleasant rooms, and good food. A little paradise if you’re getting tired of the busy, noisy cities while traveling. What more could you ask for?
