It’s a relaxing place to stay, with very friendly and welcoming owners. The location also makes a great base for exploring the Cabardès region.

The room was lovely, in a perfect spot with a superb view, and the château itself is beautiful and very well kept. Corinne’s cooking was delicious, and I’m grateful she invited me to join the table on Friday evening so I didn’t have to eat my salad alone in a corner. The event we organized here had a wonderful setting and wonderful people around it. But what stays with me most is Corinne and Yves. I travel a lot and often receive a warm welcome, yet theirs was the best I’ve ever had. They’re such a kind, generous, funny, open couple. We laughed so much and talked about everything. I can’t find words for how perfect it all felt. I’d recommend the place for an event or a romantic evening in this legendary location. It’s hard to imagine being disappointed. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. I’m sad to leave and can’t wait to see you again 🙌🏻 Dorine

We’ve now visited the château in Montolieu twice, and both stays have been a real pleasure. It’s a charming, authentic place, perfect for recharging. Yves is always welcoming and attentive, and his kindness and thoughtfulness make such a difference. We’ll definitely come back!

Yves welcomed us so warmly and gave us great advice during our stay. The castle is magnificent, set in nature, and easy to find in a convenient spot for sightseeing. We’d gladly return, and I highly recommend it.
