The desk staff were kind and understood what was wrong, but they couldn't fix it. The room was stuffy and far too hot, with no proper ventilation and a completely nonworking AC. There was a strong mold smell as soon as we walked in. With allergies and asthma, we chose to book another hotel after a really unpleasant night.

The location was easy to reach and close to restaurants, and the sheets were clean. The shower had hot water with good pressure, too. But the room itself was badly worn: chipped paint, what looked like spilled coffee on the heater, a bathroom shelf fallen off and propped against the toilet, and grease marks under the bunk. I've stayed at B&B hotels plenty of times, but this one was especially beat up. I wouldn't stay again.

The breakfast was decent, and the person I think was the owner was friendly and helpful. Still, there wasn't much around to do besides go to the grillroom next door. We knew it was a very cheap B&B, but the rooms were noisy and not very clean, and the bathroom wasn't clean either. I wouldn't come back.

Breakfast was pretty standard and the staff were good, but the rooms were dirty, the air felt bad, and repairs are needed. The location didn't offer much to do and wasn't great. All in all, a bad stay.

We paid €90 and checked into B&B HOTEL Pontault-Combault at 10:24 PM on February 15, 2025. Within ten minutes we were running out of the room screaming. A foul smell hit us when we entered, and the window was already open, presumably to hide it. The mold was everywhere, including the walls, ceiling, corners, shower and bathroom, and behind the beds where our children were meant to sleep. I'm not exaggerating, and the pictures show it. This place needs urgent renovation and is a serious health hazard. I can't recommend it at all. We still haven't received our money back, and expect that to happen immediately before we take further action.
