Two nights wasn’t nearly enough. My wife already wants us to come back for a week. We first came to Montolieu because she was interested in the village of books, but we both fell in love with Le Manufacture Royale, our peaceful base. It combines a grand house with a manufacturing space, and when our great host showed us around, I was amazed by the building’s many layers and all the options: pool, tennis, gym, reading area, games, quiet spots, and shared spaces for talking and eating. There’s also a boutique with local products. I loved the bottle of Paul wine 😊 Our apartment Pomme was beyond what we expected. The garden view alone was priceless, and we also had a dining area, sitting area, kitchen, and a large main bedroom with a lovely, comfortable bed.

We had a wonderful time here as a family with two young kids. The owners are really kind and great cooks, and the location is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, and the garden and pool are beautiful, with plenty of great places to sit, relax, or lounge. I’d absolutely recommend staying for a couple of nights!

We were there on a rainy day, but the rooms were warm and well equipped, and we plan to come back in summer to enjoy the area and swimming pool. The place is pure magic, and the owners are even better. They were so good to us and made us feel right at home. Thanks for everything! It’s hard to believe how good it is for that price.
