LGC was so kind about the refund when I got really sick and couldn’t continue the trip. We’d booked this as a one-night stop in Montpellier on a long train journey, and it suited that plan perfectly. Thank you so much 🙏

Veronique was quick to respond, friendly, and helpful. For a short stay, the room was basic but spacious and clean, and the shared areas were well looked after. The location is ideal, and it’s good value for money.

A NIGHTMARE. The photos and listed amenities give a misleading impression. There’s no reception or parking, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. The room was filthy, smelled awful, and the floor was so sticky our shoes stuck to it. The whole property reeked of sewage. There are no private bathrooms attached to the rooms, either. The kitchen is below the apartment and reached by a dangerous staircase. This place should be closed. Luckily Booking.com is giving us a refund.

The place was hot, with no air conditioning, and the kitchen had no windows. The neighbors were noisy too...

I’m changing my review after talking with the hotel management. My wife had been confused about how to get back into her room, and the management handled it really well. They’re excellent, and I’d definitely recommend them. Thanks again!
