The bathroom is basically a walk-in shower, with the shower right by the door. Water ends up getting tracked into the room, and your socks get wet.

For the price, it was much better than I expected. The rooms aren’t large, but they’re clean, modern, and quiet, with TV, phone, climate control, and WLAN. The staff are friendly and ready to help. Breakfast, about 8€, has a nice-looking selection, though there are almost no vegan choices. I don’t get the bad ratings, but of course this isn’t a 5* hotel.

The staff were friendly, but their English was so limited that even basic communication felt awkward for a hospitality place. It’s a clean, slightly foul-smelling and very run-down motel in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by an empty business park. The rooms are tiny and badly outdated. There’s no real transport link, just an infrequent bus that stops running at 7PM, so getting into town is a hassle and coming back at night is worse. I wouldn’t recommend it.

It seems the place has changed owners. The previous owners were fun, cheerful, and nice. The new management seems more concerned with checking that you’ve paid than with making sure you’re comfortable and satisfied.

The rooms and beds are small, but the hotel is good. Restaurant service was great, and the restaurant staff were excellent.
