My daughter spent three years here while studying in preparatory classes at Lycée Joffre. The residence is calm, with many other residents in the same kind of program and focused on their work. The apartments are new and functional, and Sabrah is friendly and attentive. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the school, and our deposit was returned without any issues. I took off a star because the apartment felt small for the price.

Joffre students are especially well placed here. My daughter stayed for two years and felt safe; the residence was clean and quiet, and the manager was very pleasant. I’d recommend it, though a decent fan would be useful in summer.

Anne was great and did all she could to help me feel comfortable. I stayed from January to July without any problems. The apartments have what you need, and the shared spaces include a laundry room, kitchen, living room, and gym. It’s easy to walk to the center, with tram lines 1 and 2 and shops close by. The residence is clean and well equipped.

The price is on the high side, but the location is excellent: the center is a few minutes away on foot, by bike, or by tram, with Place de la Comédie about five minutes away. The building is new and clean, and the friendly cleaner comes often. There’s a gym, shared room and kitchen, inexpensive laundry, badge access, video surveillance, and garage and parking included in the rent. It suits students at the Faculty of Law and Political Science particularly well, right next door and a 15-minute walk away. Montpellier Business School is also practical if you have a car, about 10-15 minutes by car versus 30-35 by tram. Since Anne became manager, the residence has improved a lot: she listens and helps, including when we’ve had personal problems, and the shared areas feel more welcoming. I recommend it.
