The staff were so friendly. They helped me find taxis and let me keep my reservations, even though I had no prior experience, until I found a place of my own.

The place was clean and the staff were very friendly, but my bed was broken and really uncomfortable.

The room was clean and fairly spacious, and the welcome was warm. Service was attentive too, they even put a kettle in my room so I could make a hot drink before an early departure. The bathroom was spotless, and the price was excellent for what you get. My only small complaint is that the room and bathroom weren't heated enough.

The location was very convenient, and the price was excellent. I've stayed here four times this year while attending training courses in Montpellier. Each time I got a warm welcome, clean rooms and bathrooms, and attentive, helpful, friendly staff. Breakfasts were generous, with delicious pastries. The outside looks unassuming, but they've made an effort indoors to improve the somewhat dated facilities.
