Standing By Port Marianne

We hired this agency to sell our apartment, but it felt like their commission was all they cared about. They didn't follow up or respond, and our calls and emails were ignored. Seven months after the preliminary sales agreement was signed, there still wasn't a sale in sight. Read the contract carefully too, since the agency fees are owed no matter how the sale turns out.

Last year I gave this agency the job of selling our apartment, and their overvaluation cost us a huge amount of time when we were in a very urgent situation. I strongly advise against using them. Six months later, after we ended the agreement, a man from the agency called to get the property back, saying the team had been renewed and Ms. Sanchez, the agency manager, had left. That was completely false. Their advice was poor, they showed no initiative, and they told one blatant lie after another.

I'd give them 0 if I could, so 1 it is. They refused to return the keys after breaching the contract and gave no explanation. Lol.

The whole team was professional and dedicated, and their help with my apartment search was invaluable. Thank you for your work, I highly recommend them!
