For what it costs, it’s a decent place and good value, with good communication and friendly staff. The metro is super close, and there’s cheap parking not far away. The bathroom has been redone and is new, and it wasn’t noisy at all. The room itself was very basic, with poor furniture and no air conditioning. The walls were dirty, although the floor was clean, and the terrace was shared with the room next door. You get what you pay for.

Really cozy and comfortable, and clean too. The subway station is right next door. Amazing place.

The rooms are very spacious and have what you need, including a TV, kettle, and coffee. They also provide a large bottle of water.

I found this hotel when looking for a convenient place near my work in Montreuil, just a five-minute walk away. It’s right in the center, close to the "Mairie de Montreuil" metro stop, which makes it really practical. The hotel has been renovated and seems like excellent value for money. The owners are very kind and welcoming, and they also run the Korean restaurant next door, which has very good Google reviews.

The bedding was very clean and comfortable, and the amenities were adequate. Cleanliness elsewhere was a little lacking. It’s close to the line 9 metro exit and offers good value for money in Paris.
