The terrace was a lovely spot for lunch, and inside the restaurant was buzzing with locals. We were welcomed warmly, then had simple, tasty food that was well prepared. The service was excellent and the value superb. Cyclists, be warned: there’s a short but very steep climb from the main road. I’d happily come back, maybe even plan another ride around it. I think they’re open for lunch Monday to Friday year-round, except during their annual holidays. A real gem.

We booked for five that same morning while on our holiday drive. The owner gave us a warm welcome when we arrived, and the setting was idyllic. Dinner was homemade, using regional products. The night was peaceful, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was included. The place is quiet, with mountain views, and the value for money was good. There’s a small market with local producers in neighboring villages on Saturday morning. Thank you.
