I haven't come across food and service this poor in years. There’s no value for money here, so skip the meal and have a picnic by the lake instead.

The auberge was shut when we got back from our walk around the lake today, even though the posted hours said it should be open. The opening times need correcting. We’d planned to stop for a drink.

We liked it so much, we chose to stay another night. A beautiful place all around, and the welcome was really friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was abundant, and the price was reasonable. We had a lovely home away from home in a beautiful house and village, with spacious rooms and private bathrooms.

We only stopped in for a coffee and a beer. The service was friendly and good, and the place seemed popular with people dining.
