CGH Résidences & Spas Les Cimes Blanches

The apartment was lovely, and the location made it easy to get everywhere. What made the stay especially good was how attentive Quentin, the director/manager, was. He was polite, always ready to help, and really tuned in to what we needed. He made the whole stay feel special.

We fell for La Rosière and this amazing résidence, but what really stood out was the service. It was so nice to be greeted by smiling faces, with everyone being kind and ready to help. Thanks again, see you next year.

Edit 1/25: We’ve been coming here for 10 years, and suddenly the staff are saying you need to wear a swimsuit in the sauna, even if you have a towel. They made us leave and lectured us about it. That’s never been an issue before, so I don’t understand the change. The staff don’t seem to know their own accommodation rules. The place itself is generally nice, and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are small, though, and an apartment for four really only suits two. Reception staff don’t speak English very well, but it’s manageable. The sauna is nice and often empty, or shared with at most two other people. The whirlpool isn’t warm enough, there aren’t enough hangers in the rooms, and the internet is unbelievably slow.

The spa was the best part of our stay at Les Cimes Blanches, especially being able to unwind in the jacuzzi after a long day snowboarding. All the staff were amazing, particularly Dora, the front office manager, who was friendly and professional. Thanks to everyone, we’ll definitely be back.
