Arts in the Garden

The way we were treated has put us off returning, even though we’d been excited to stay at Arts in the Garden on a future summer trip. We were staying at a nearby air b+b and spotted the place during a morning walk. We went up the driveway for a closer look, saw someone was home, and left. A few minutes later, the owner came after us with her dog and shouted that we shouldn’t have been on her property. We tried to say we only wanted to see the gardens, but she kept yelling at us to stay off her land. She was incredibly rude and inhospitable. We’ve stayed at B&Bs in many places and have never been confronted or treated so hostilely. I was shocked someone so hostile worked in hospitality. We’ll never stop on her property again.
