The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedding is good quality. For the price, this charming old apartment-hotel is excellent value. It’s opposite Morlaix town hall and close to the arcades.

Our room had plenty of space and was clean, with a cooktop, refrigerator, and the rest of what we needed. The price was reasonable too. We stayed just one night while visiting central Morlaix, but it would be a great fit for a longer visit. I recommend it.

I was in Morlaix for an extended business trip, and Laetitia and her team were always attentive and welcoming. When a small issue came up, Laetitia moved me to a gorgeous, much more comfortable loft at no extra cost. The place was spotless, and the service felt like a 5-star hotel. A huge thank you to Laetitia for being so kind. I highly recommend her!

The Christmas lights looked lovely from Studio 1, which faces the town hall, and we found the studio clean, pleasant, and well laid out. We slept very well with earplugs, which I’d recommend. The windows block street noise nicely, but sound carries through the thin walls between apartments. We’ll stay there again next time.

There’s lots of parking close by, and the hotel is in an ideal spot. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and well equipped. The one small downside was hearing noise between the aparthotel units.
