Hotel Ascosa Aventure

The rooms were basic and quite affordable, but they were dirty enough that we could feel gravel and sand underfoot. The staff at check-in were warm and welcoming, which made the contrast with the rude people we encountered later feel even worse. At breakfast, a woman almost refused to give us boiled water for our baby's formula. She questioned why we needed it, then said we only needed half a thermos, 400 ml, which was far too little for our baby for a day. We had to insist several times before she helped, and the whole exchange left us awkward and uncomfortable. With service like the check-in staff member's, the stay could have been okay.

The canyoning was a lot of fun, and the service was very nice. The rooms are modern and pleasant, though there’s no air conditioning for ecological reasons, which is okay. It’s a good place to stay and set off for activities like canyoning.

It’s a really quiet spot in beautiful surroundings, right in the center of Corsica. The rooms are stylish, very clean and extremely cozy. Ponte leccai station, the main hub of Corsica’s rail system, is 3 km away. They offer plenty of outdoor activities, including canyoning and climbing.

We booked ahead, got there, and found the hotel closed. They refused to refund our money. The hotel sucks.
